This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participating in our wholesale program.

Eligibility:

• Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must complete the online Wholesale Account Application Form and be approved by Power Fuel Nutrition. https://www.power-fuel-nutrition.com/apps/wpdapp/wholesale/login
• We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

Minimum Order Quantity:

• The minimum order quantity for all wholesale orders is $500.

Pricing and Discounts:

• Wholesale partners receive a minimum discount of 20% on all products.
• Additional discounts may be available based on order volume and negotiation.
• We offer tiered pricing for larger orders. Please contact us for details.

Shipping:

• We offer free shipping on all qualifying wholesale orders within the Shipping Regions specified in our shipping policy.
• Orders below the minimum order quantity will be subject to standard shipping rates.

Payment Terms:

• Net 30 terms are available for approved accounts with a strong credit history.
• Payment must be received in full within 30 days of the invoice date.

Returns and Exchanges:

• We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and undamaged products.
• Returned products must be received in their original packaging with a copy of the packing slip.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not offer exchanges for wholesale orders.
• Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Marketing and Advertising:

• Wholesale partners are encouraged to promote Power Fuel Nutrition products in their stores and online platforms.
• We provide marketing materials, including product descriptions, images, and logos (please contact us for more info.)
• Wholesale partners are not permitted to use the Power Fuel Nutrition brand name or trademarks in a way that is misleading or harmful to our reputation.

Termination:

• We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
